BIO

Misty Butzke is the Director of Operations for the QMACS Revenue Cycle Management channel. Ms. Butzke began her career with QMACS in 2001 as an insurance pending department representative.  Ms. Butzke’s innate ability to understand the scope and breadth of physician’s business needs easily allowed for her promotion to Director of Operations in 2006.

Ms. Butzke has played an integral part in developing internal processes and implementing software products that aid staff in producing higher collection percentages across all RCM departments, while decreasing the number of errors.  She is the direct point of contact for all physician partners and has been essential to the QMACS RCM business success.  She currently manages a staff of over 40 people and a base of 224 clients who generate over $12M in net receivables. Ms. Butzke is a dedicated and indispensible part of QMACS.
