BIO

Ms. Ramos is the Compliance Officer and Director of Internal Business Operations for QMACS, Inc. She and the QMACS leadership team are focused on transforming QMACS’s internal operations to achieve synergies and drive efficiencies across QMACS’s products and services while adhering to the rapidly-changing healthcare regulations.

Under her leadership, QMACS began revamping a comprehensive Compliance Policy that speaks directly to HIPPA and HITECH Compliance guidelines as well as Corporate Compliance measures not typically required of a private corporation.   In her role as the Director of Internal Business Operations, Ms. Ramos is responsible for aligning business initiatives and strategic fiscal goals across multiple channels including sales, marketing, information technology and operations.

Ms. Ramos graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement.
